With over 24 years of experience, Yolanda empowers others with tools, workshops, and coaching designed to turn aspirations into reality.
A Journey Rooted in Purpose
Yolanda’s passion for goal setting began early in life as a student-athlete. Competing as a track and field athlete at the University of Iowa, she learned firsthand the value of focus, discipline, and intentional growth. These principles have guided her personal and professional journey ever since.
Yolanda’s extensive career includes over two decades as a dental hygienist and her current role as a Learning and Development Manager for Doctor Education. She develops innovative learning programs and empowers oral healthcare professionals to grow, leading impactful training for thousands of doctors and their teams. With a blend of humor, real-world experience, and a love for teaching, she creates transformative educational experiences.
